What are the dates?

Monday April 7th to Sunday May 3rd. No specific time you need to be available.

How long are the workouts?

20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. As always people can choose to change that schedule to fit their needs. If you are unable to workout you are still welcome to join.

Where is the group?

Facebook! Facebook groups are my JAM. I keep them organized, fun, and engaging. If you aren't on Facebook feel free to make a profile without any identifying information just to join the group.

Is it open to anyone?

You do need to be 18 years old to join and reside in the United States.

What does it cost?

Many of my clients already have everything they need. When you fill out the form it will tell me exactly what you have already and what you still need to get. I will personally let you know your cost as soon as I read your response. If budget is a major constraint there will be a place to indicate that on the form and I will work with you directly to find solutions.
